π‘ Doing Your Own Business Isnβt About Being the Smartest Person in the Room, it is β¦β¦β¦β¦..
risky β οΈ, unpredictable πͺοΈ, and full of setbacks. What really matters is resilience πͺ, persistence π₯, and the willingness to keep learning π.
Why Do So Many People End Up in Jobs Instead of Building Something of Their Ownβ
Iβll keep this brief.
Recently, I approached some highly talented individuals with an opportunity to build something of their own alongside their jobs.
The only investment required was 10 hours a week β³, at their own pace, from anywhere π.
The idea was simple: within three years, they could potentially earn more than their 9β5 salaries π· and enjoy the freedom to choose when and how they work π.
To my surprise, 98% refused π«. Hereβs what I learned:
1. Short-term mindset β±οΈ
Everyoneβs first question was: βHow much will I earn after a month?β
My honest answer: βIt could be Β£0, or maybe a few hundred.β That uncertainty was unacceptable to most.
2. Immediate reward vs long-term vision π―
People want instant income πΈ. Very few are willing to wait years to build something meaningful.
3. Fear of failure π¨
Even with a zero-investment opportunity, many worried it might not work and their time would be wasted. Ironically, this mindset keeps them in jobs β which are essentially building someone elseβs business π’.
4. Comfort zone ποΈ
Most wanted a clear, structured growth path. Very few were willing to step out of their comfort zone and try something unconventional π.
5. Family & social influence π¨βπ©βπ§
One common reason I heard: βMy mum says jobs are secure, but businesses fail.β
The truth is β every job exists because someone else took the risk to start a business π‘.
6. Mindset gap π§
Entrepreneurship demands creativity π¨, resilience πͺ, decision-making under uncertainty β, and leadership π. Many people are trained to be excellent employees with specialized skills, but not to think like entrepreneurs or risk-takers.
β
Conclusion
Talent alone isnβt enough.
Without vision π, courage π¦, and persistence π₯, most people will choose the comfort of a job over the freedom of building something for themselves.

β³ Spare two minutes to read my true personal story β you never know, it might change your life too
I never planned to work for myself πΌ β it just happened. Hereβs howβ¦
During my job days, I struggled to meet expenses and started looking for a second income on weekends.
I bought some stock from a local wholesaler and tried selling it at a nearby market. The idea failed and all the products ended up piled in my living room π .
To get rid of it, I listed the items on eBay and Amazon. To my surprise, they sold quickly. Thatβs when I realized the potential π‘.
I started listing inventory from wholesalers within a mile of where I lived.
Hereβs how it worked:
β’ I listed their products online π
β’ When an item sold, I would buy it and ship it to the customer (βbuy as you sellβ) π
β’ No stock storage, no upfront investment β just connecting products to online buyers π
I started small, experimenting with wigs, scarves, uniforms, safety shoes, handbags, and apparel. One by one, I learned and grew.
Over time, that weekend hustle became so big that I quit my job and opened my own warehouse π’.
What began as a simple side hustle grew into a wholesale business sourcing directly from manufacturers and became one of the best in just a few years π.
Iβm not rich by numbers π°, but Iβve built a life of freedom β¨ and comfort that a traditional job canβt offer.
Sometimes, what begins as a search for passive income turns into a full-time business journey π.
π Donβt rush to quit your job β start a side hustle and see where it takes you

What is the biggest loss in this world? ππ’β°οΈ
βββββββββββββββββββββββββ-
One of the greatest losses is wasted talent.
It breaks my heart π to see so many skilled, hardworking, and creative people never getting the chance to shine β¨, never being able to show the world what they can truly do.
I often see talent working in roles far below their potential not because they lack ability but because
β’ They never got the chance β
β’ They werenβt motivated π
β’ No one recognized their skills π
β’ Or circumstances held them back β³
Please create opportunities, provide guidance and recognize real talent π.
Even a small act of support can change someoneβs life forever π‘πͺ.
Do it voluntarily, without expecting anything in return β€οΈ.
I promise, the reward you receive will be unexpected, deeply fulfilling, and far more valuable than you ever imagined πβ¨.
The immediate reward you will receive is inner satisfaction and a calm, peaceful mind πΏβ¨.

People often prefer a replica over the genuine productβ
not because they want the imitation, but because it feels more familiar, especially when theyβve never experienced the real thing.
I learned this firsthand when we launched an organic dairy business in a region dominated by sellers claiming β100% organicβ while actually offering non-organic products.
Our products were genuinely natural and organic, yet customers rejected them. The main reason? βIt didnβt taste organic.β
Their idea of organic had been shaped by imitation for so long that the real thing felt unfamiliar.
Key lessons from this experience:
β’ Familiarity often outweighs authenticity.
β’ Perception can be stronger than reality.
β’ Convincing people of the real thing requires shifting beliefs, not just delivering quality.
Authenticity alone isnβt enough. People need guidance and education before they can truly embrace whatβs real.

Will AI Really Make So Many of Us Redundant?
π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
ββββββββββββββββββββββββββ-
Thereβs a growing debate that Atrificial Intelligence (AI) will replace people in the near future?
Many argue that it will and my own brief research suggests they might be right.
Almost every profession is at risk, some at a high level while others at a mid or low level.
The reality is that 60β70% of us fall into the high to mid risk categories.
So the real question is: How do we protect ourselves?
The most resilient professionals will:
β’ Sharpen soft skills β creativity, critical thinking, empathy, negotiation, leadership.
β’ Commit to lifelong learning like staying adaptable and mastering AI tools.
β’ Focus on complex problem-solving tackling the unstructured challenges machines canβt handle.
The risk is not to specific job title but to the routine and predictable tasks within those jobs.
The opportunity lies in using AI to automate those tasks and freeing ourselves to focus on uniquely human work.
The world is changing again. The sooner we accept it, the better prepared we will be.
π Want to work for yourself but not sure where to start? π€ Let me share a real exampleβ¦.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ
During my job days, my ex-manager once said to me:
βIf you are on a fixed salary, the company is likely earning five times more from your skills while paying you only a fractionβ.
At the time, I brushed it off, thinking, βHow could I ever earn five times more than here?
Then he did something bold, he resigned and offered to work only as a freelancer.
They refused initially, but eventually had to rehire him on his terms.
That moment changed how I see things.
π The truth is, when you know your worth, the world eventually has to recognize it too.
π If you have skills that not everyone can replicate, you hold the power to create your own path.
π‘ Believe in yourself and do not settle for a job when you can build your future.
π‘ Prepare, build your resources, and remember that you are worth more than what youβre paid.

If you are planning to lauch a brand you must spare one minute reading the below.
So many brands die before they even take their first breath.
Not because the idea was bad.
Not because the founder didnβt care.
But because they got stuckβ¦

Waiting for βthe right momentβ that never comes.
Hereβs the truth: your range can be as minimum as possible
The βright momentβ is a myth β itβs always just around the corner.
You donβt get ready by waiting but by doing.
By launching that first messy, imperfect collection.
