Seerat e Nabi (PUBH) Conference By the Department of Zoology at Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences

The Seerat-e-Nabi (PBUH) Conference was held today at the Physics Hall, Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences, organised by the Department of Zoology. The conference featured an intra-faculty quiz, speech, and Naat competition. The esteemed judges for these competitions were the worthy Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Dr. Imtiaz Ahmed; the renowned poet and social activist, Sir Farooq Sabir; and Dr. Muhammad Lateef from the Department of Islamiat.

Sobia Noreen and Noreeta Zaheer from the Zoology department emerged victorious in the quiz competition, while Maria Rahim from the Chemistry department excelled in the Naat competition, securing the top position. In the speech competition, Sabahat Iftikhar from the Biotechnology Department was declared the winner.

At the conclusion of the conference, Dr. Fazia Aziz, Incharge of the Zoology department, expressed her appreciation to the participants and winners of the competition. She also extended her gratitude to Dr. Mian Akef Sabeen for generously allocating the Hall for this event and to the judges for their valuable time and expertise.
