🚦 Traffic Awareness & Driving License Session | Alhamd University

On 22 April 2026, Alhamd Islamic University, in collaboration with the National Highways and Motorway Police, organized a highly informative awareness session to promote road safety and responsible driving among students.

The session highlighted essential traffic rules, including speed limits, traffic signals, lane discipline, and safety precautions, aiming to build a culture of responsible road behavior among youth.

SP Ayoub Khan Tareen delivered a comprehensive briefing on the driving license process, covering:
• Step-by-step application procedure
• Eligibility criteria and required documents
• Online facilities, driving tests, and licensing centers
• Measures to improve service efficiency and reduce processing time
• Importance of proper training and strict adherence to traffic laws

The session proved highly impactful, equipping students with practical knowledge and reinforcing the importance of safe driving practices.

Alhamd Islamic University commemorated the death anniversary of Allama Muhammad Iqbal on 21st April 2026 with a meaningful event organized by the Student Affairs Department.

The theme "عصر حاضر کے چیلنجز اور کلام اقبال" focused on the relevance of Iqbal’s teachings in today’s world. Renowned speakers, including Sarwar Javed, Prof. Faiza Mir, and Dr. Ali Kumail Qazalbash, shared their insights, while Prof. Jalil Aali joined online from Islamabad.

The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by speeches and discussions. Certificates were distributed among participants, and the program concluded with refreshments and networking.

The Chief Guest, Dr. Abul Hassan Miri (DG, Cultural Center of Iran), highlighted Iqbal’s message of self-awareness, unity, and spiritual awakening, emphasizing its importance for the Muslim Ummah today.

The event successfully honored Iqbal’s legacy and inspired participants with his timeless vision.
