BUITEMS receives HEC funding for AI academy
QUETTA: The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) has secured funding from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to support its initiative to establish an Artificial Intelligence (AI) academy, according to an official statement issued on Saturday.
The funding will be used to procure high-specification IT equipment, along with furniture and smart screens, aimed at strengthening the university’s teaching and research infrastructure.
The statement said the initiative would enhance the institution’s capacity in emerging technologies and provide improved learning and research opportunities for students and faculty in the field of artificial intelligence.
The vice chancellor said the HEC support would contribute significantly to the university’s efforts to promote academic excellence, innovation and research, and described it as an important step towards realising its vision of a modern AI academy.

جب ملک کسی بھی معاشی یا توانائی کے بحران سے گزرتا ہے، تو سب سے پہلے بچوں کی تعلیم کو ہی کیوں نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے؟ کیا قوم کے معماروں کا مستقبل اتنا ارزاں ہے کہ اسے ہر مشکل وقت میں "قربانی کا بکرا" بنا دیا جائے؟

​یہ فیصلہ غیر سنجیدہ اور سراسر غیر منصفانہ ہے۔
​آن لائن کلاسز کا نظام ابھی تک ہمارے ہاں اتنا موثر نہیں ہوا کہ اسکولوں کا متبادل بن سکے۔
