*Report on the Entry Test of Cadet College Jaffarabad conducted by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT)*

Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT) conducted the Entry Test for Cadet College Jaffarabad on 18 February 2026. The test was held in strict compliance with prescribed standards, institutional regulations, and established protocols, ensuring a transparent, fair, and well-organized testing process.
*1,051 candidates were registered and 956 candidates appeared.*
The test was supervised by BACT Officers and observed by administration of Cadet College:

The Admin Officer of Cadet College Jaffarabad visited the examination center. During the visit, the Director BACT briefed about examination process, security arrangements, and monitoring mechanisms implemented to ensure a smooth, disciplined, and transparent process. He further said that this is the aim and motto of BACT to uphold meritocracy in the test process so that the selection of the deserving candidates may be done on merit.
The Admin Officer applauded the BACT administration for its meticulous planning, systematic organization, and disciplined management of the entry test. He emphasized that such structured and transparent procedures are pivotal for maintaining public trust and credibility in the examination system.
The Director BACT also commended the monitoring staff for their dedication, professionalism, and vigilance, acknowledging that their collective efforts played a key role in the successful and orderly conduct of the test.

*Report on the Entry Test of Balochistan Residential College (BRC) Zhob Conducted by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers*

The entry test for admission to Balochistan Residential College Zhob was successfully held by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers on 16 February, 2026. The test was held at two centers:
• Quetta Center
• Zhob Center
The test process was supervised by senior officers of BACT and observed by management of BRC Zhob:
• Prof. Shoukat Ali Sarparrah, Director BACT
• Mr. Shahzad Anwar, Joint Director BACT
• Mr. Muhammad Hassan Sarparrah, Deputy Director BACT
• Prof. Guldar, Principal BRC Zhob
• Mr. Muhammad Naeem Harifal, I.T Incharge BRC Zhob
BRC Zhob Center was headed by Dr. Mohammad Asgher, Research Officer, BACT.
*A total of 2,636 candidates were registered for the entry test. 2,442 candidates appeared in the test.*
Strict examination rules were enforced to ensure transparency, discipline, and fairness. Proper arrangements were made for security, seating, invigilation, and overall management.
The test was conducted peacefully, and no untoward incident was reported from any center.
Special measures were taken by BACT to uphold the principles of merit, fairness, and equal opportunity. The question papers were prepared in a secure and confidential manner, and strict monitoring was carried out at all examination centers.
The examination halls were closely supervised, and transparent procedures were followed in overall process. Clear instructions were provided to staff and candidates to ensure uniform implementation of rules.

*Report on the Entry Test of Cadet College Nushki conducted by BACT*
_Date: 13 February 2026_
The Entry Test for Cadet College Nushki was conducted by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT) on 13th February, 2026 in an organized, fair, and disciplined manner.
_*A total of 1,113 candidates were registered for the test. Out of these, 1,015 candidates appeared, while 98 candidates were absent.*_
One case of impersonation was identified during the test.
The examination was held in the presence of senior officials of BACT, including

Strict checking of candidates’ identities was carried out at all entry points. Regular inspections were conducted throughout the examination to ensure proper monitoring.
The examination remained calm, well-managed, and disciplined, and no irregularities or administrative problems were reported.
Prof. Shoukat Ali Sarparrah, Director BACT, appreciated the staff and stated that their alertness and professionalism helped maintain the credibility of the examination.
The Vice Principal and Admin Officer of Cadet College Nushki, also expressed satisfaction and stated that the arrangements were well-organized, fair, and properly managed.

*Report on conduct of Entry Test Cadet College Punjgoor by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT)*
_Date: 30th January 2026_
Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT) effectively conducted the Entry Test for Cadet College Punjgoor on 30th January 2026. The test was carried out in full adherence to established regulations and institutional procedures, thereby upholding the principles of impartiality, accountability, and academic integrity throughout the process.
*A total of 525 candidates were enrolled for the test. Among them, 499 candidates participated, whereas 26 candidates were absent.*

The representatives of Cadet College Panjgoor carried out an extensive visit to assess the overall arrangements.
Furthermore, the Director, BACT, delivered a detailed briefing regarding examination policies, security measures, and surveillance mechanisms adopted to ensure the orderly ex*****on of the test.
The Admin Officer and his team expressed satisfaction with the systematic management of the examination by BACT and acknowledged the swift response against unfair practices. *Report on the Conduct of Entry Test of Balochistan Residential College (BRC) Turbat Conducted by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT)*
_Date: January 11, 2026_
The entry test of Balochistan Residential College (BRC) Turbat was conducted by the Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT). 1178 candidates appeared in the test. The test process was carried out in a highly organized, transparent, and satisfactory manner in accordance with the prescribed rules and procedures.
The examination center was visited by the Principal, BRC Turbat, Mr. Wali Muhammad Lehri, along with staff, who remained present throughout the examination to supervise the proceedings. The senior management of BACT also remained present to oversee the conduct of the test, including:

The Director, BACT, briefed him in detail on the examination regulations, security measures, and supervision mechanisms implemented to ensure a fair and transparent testing environment.
_*During the course of the examination, the BACT administration and supervisory staff apprehended eight duplicate candidates involved in impersonation.*_ These candidates were found to be associated with private schools and coaching centers. This timely and decisive action clearly reflects BACT’s firm commitment to upholding the transparency, fairness, and credibility of the examination system.
_*The Principal expressed his appreciation for the efficient and disciplined conduct of the examination by BACT. He particularly commended the prompt action taken against impersonation, stating that such strict measures significantly enhance public trust and confidence in the examination process.*_
The Director, BACT, also appreciated the vigilance, dedication, and professionalism of the BACT team and invigilation staff, whose alertness successfully prevented malpractice and ensured the smooth and peaceful conduct of the test.
_The examination concluded transparently under the effective supervision of BACT. The identification of impersonation cases has further reinforced the integrity of the examination process and conveyed a clear message that any form of unfair practice will not be tolerated. The examination papers of all impersonating candidates have been cancelled, and debarred from appearing in all entry tests of Balochistan Residential Colleges and Cadet Colleges._
Furthermore, the Director, BACT, appealed to all respectable parents to cooperate with the BACT to ensure smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of the entry tests, so that no injustice may occur at any stage of the examination process.

_*The Honorable Minister for Education, Government of Balochistan, Madam Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani, paid a visit to the examination center of the Entry Test of Cadet College Pishin, which was conducted by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT).*_
The purpose of the visit was to personally observe the overall arrangements, transparency, security measures, and examination mechanism, as well as to encourage the students appearing in the test.

*Visit report of BBISE leadership to Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT)*

_*Chairman, Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE), Mr. Muhammad Ishaq, along with the Controller of Examinations, Dr. Zia ul Haq Kakar paid a visit to the Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT), Quetta. The purpose of the visit was to formally congratulate Prof. Shoukat Ali Sarparrah on assuming charge as Director, BACT. The visiting dignitaries were received by the senior management of BACT, including Prof. Shoukat Ali Sarparrah, Director BACT; Prof. Shahzad Anwar, Joint Director BACT; and Muhammad Hassan Sarparrah, Deputy Director BACT.*_
A formal meeting was held in which matters of mutual interest were discussed, with particular focus on strengthening institutional coordination between BACT and BBISE Balochistan. Emphasis was laid on improving the efficiency and credibility of the examination system through capacity building and professional development initiatives. وزیر تعلیم بلوچستان، میڈم راحیلہ حمید خان درانی نے بلوچستان اکیڈمی فار کالج ٹیچرز (بیکٹ) کے زیر انتظام امتحانی مرکز کا دورہ کیا۔ اس دورے کا مقصد کیڈٹ کالج خاران کے جاری داخلہ امتحان کے ساتھ بیکٹ انتظامات اور طریقہ کار کا مشاہدہ کرنا تھا۔
میڈم منسٹر کا استقبال کے فرائض بیکٹ کی سینئر مینجمنٹ نے انجام دیے۔ جن میں
