The session aimed to foster continuous learning, strengthen workplace *CREATIVITY AND CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING*, and provide subject experts and resource persons a platform to share professional knowledge and experience with their colleagues.

BACT successfully conducted the Entry Test for Balochistan's reserved BS seats in sister provinces, held in three phases on 22nd (Morning and Evening) and 23rd July, 2026, at *Government Girls Postgraduate College, Quetta Cantt.* Approximately *7000* students appeared, with the process organized to ensure transparency, fairness, and merit.

*Supervision and Monitoring*

The test was conducted under the supervision of *Prof. Shoukat Ali Sarparrah, Director, BACT.* *Mr. Abdul Malik Achakzai, Additional Secretary,* Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department, and *Prof. Muhammad Husain Baloch, Director Colleges,* visited the centres and expressed satisfaction with the arrangements. *Mr. Abdul Qayyum Barech, Deputy Director (Technical),* and his team oversaw technical and administrative aspects.

*Venue and Logistics*

The Director BACT thanked *Prof. Sabahat Azmat,* Principal, Government Girls Postgraduate College, Quetta Cantt., for her cooperation and for hosting the test at the college's longstanding designated venue.
