Balochistan Civil Services Academy had the privilege of hosting worthy Secretary, National Book Foundation, Islamabad Dr Khan Farhan Rafat and Dr. Farhan Zahid, DIG Police Training College, Quetta,
The distinguished guests were warmly welcomed by Director General BCSA, Dr. Hafeez Ahmed Jamali, who briefed them about the vision, objectives, and ongoing training programs of the Academy.
During the visit, Dr. Khan Farhan appreciated the efforts of the Academy in conducting effective training programs for civil servants and highlighted the importance of professional development and learning initiatives.He assured BCSA of the fullest support and cooperation of NBF in advancing the Academy's mission.
At the end of the visit, yhr Hon Guests were presented with BCSA Shield and Memorablia and Dr. Khan Farhan Rafat planted a tree in the premises of the Academy as an august reminder of his visit.

Daughter of Balochistan, Ms. Mairman Kakar, has scripted a new history of hard work and merit. She first chose the path of healing by earning a medical degree, then cleared the PCS exam, and has now conquered the highly competitive CSS examination.

Ms. Mairman Kakar is a proud graduate of the Pre Service Training Course for Assistant Commissioners (ACs) & Section Officers (SOs) conducted at Balochistan Civil Services Academy (BCSA) – the premier training institution of the province.
During this rigorous training at BCSA, she didn't just excel – she topped the entire course, securing the 1st position overall. This reflects the high standards of training that BCSA instills in its probationers.
Her journey proves that with high resolve, no goal is impossible.

بلوچستان سول سروسز اکیڈمی میں شجرکاری مہم
موسمِ بہار کی شجرکاری مہم کے سلسلے میں آج بروز 7 اپریل 2026 کو سیکرٹری جنگلات و جنگلی حیات، محترم عمران تاج گچکی صاحب اور چیف کنزرویٹر فاریسٹ (نارتھ) محترم علی عمران صاحب نے ڈاکٹر حفیظ احمد جمالی صاحب، ڈائریکٹر جنرل بلوچستان سول سروسز اکیڈمی کے ہمراہ کوئٹہ میں پودے لگائے۔
اس موقع پر انہوں نے بلوچستان سول سروسز اکیڈمی کا دورہ بھی کیا، جہاں موجودہ درختوں کی بہتری اور دیکھ بھال کے حوالے سے اکیڈمی کی ٹیم کی کارکردگی کو سراہا۔
رواں سال محکمہ جنگلات کی جانب سے 900 زیتون کے درخت اور 300 مختلف اقسام کے پودے فراہم کیے گئے ہیں، جو نہ صرف کوئٹہ کے عمومی ماحول بلکہ اکیڈمی کے احاطے کو بھی مزید خوشگوار بنانے میں اہم کردار ادا کریں گے۔

Balochistan CM and Chief Secretary Grace the Graduation Ceremony of the 1st Pre-Service Training Course
Quetta: In a significant milestone for administrative capacity building, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mr. Sarfraz Bugti, along with the Chief Secretary Balochistan, Mr. Shakeel Qadir Khan, attended the graduation ceremony of the 1st Pre-Service Training for Assistant Commissioners and Section Officers.
Held at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, the ceremony marked the successful completion of training for the province's cadre officers. The Chief Minister and Chief Secretary were joined by a host of Provincial Ministers, Secretaries, academic leaders, and other dignitaries, who commended the trainees on their dedication.

A delegation of Assistant Commissioners (Probationary Officers) of the Balochistan Civil Services Academy (BCSA) visited the Civil Services Academy (CSA), Lahore, where they undertook a detailed tour of training facilities at the Walton and PAS Campuses. The visit was led by Director CSA Walton Campus Mr Bilal Akram and Director CSA PAS Campus Dr Faisal Zahoor. The officers also interacted with under-training Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) officers and held an interactive session with the Director General, CSA Lahore, Mr Farhan Aziz Khwaja, who shared valuable insights on civil service training and leadership development.
