AL-NOOR ENGLISH GRAMMAR SCHOOL Plantation Day!

Today students had a wonderful experience participating in Plantation Day in school With great excitement, they stepped outside, some students brought flower pot with them and some students gently planted saplings into the soil, working together like real Earth Heroes!
They enjoyed feeling the soil in their hands, watering the plants, and learning how these little green lives help our planet breathe. It was a joyful and meaningful activity that taught them how planting trees and caring for nature makes a big difference.
By the end of the day, the plantation area was filled with fresh greenery and proud young gardeners who promised to keep the Earth green and growing!

ڈیٹاکس واٹر ایسا پانی ہوتا ہے جس میں قدرتی اجزاء جیسے لیموں، کھیرے، پودینہ، سیب، ادرک وغیرہ شامل کیے جاتے ہیں۔ یہ پانی جسم سے فاضل مادوں (ٹاکسنز) کو خارج کرنے، ہاضمہ بہتر بنانے، وزن کم کرنے اور جلد کو صاف رکھنے میں مدد دیتا ہے۔

1. لیموں اور پودینہ واٹر
اجزاء: 1 لیموں کے سلائس، چند پودینہ کے پتے، 1 لیٹر پانی
فائدے: قوتِ مدافعت میں اضافہ، ہاضمہ بہتر، منہ کی بدبو کا خاتمہ

اجزاء: آدھا کھیرا (سلائس)، 1 لیموں، 1 لیٹر پانی
فائدے: جسم میں پانی کی کمی پوری، پیٹ کی سوجن کم، جلد صاف

3. سیب اور دار چینی واٹر
اجزاء: 1 سیب (سلائس)، 1 دار چینی کی لکڑی، 1 لیٹر پانی
فائدے: بلڈ شوگر کنٹرول، میٹابولزم میں اضافہ

اجزاء: ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا ادرک، 1 لیموں، 1 لیٹر پانی

2. فریج میں 2 سے 4 گھنٹے (یا رات بھر) کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
