degree (with honor) in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan in 2000, M.S. in telecommunication engineering from NWFP University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan in 2008, and PhD in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia in January, 2017.
