Teachers reward students by giving praise for the positive behavior they show, encouraging them to keep trying and behaving better. Conversely, when students make mistakes, they will be subjected to punishment as a form of discipline. . These two factors have great impact on students . . Here our little struggle to appreciate students and encouraging them to move more much to hard study.
