Minister E&SE KP Arshad Ayub Khan Chair Meeting on PTC Guidelines and Funds Tracking

The Minister for Elementary & Secondary Education, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Arshad Ayub Khan chaired high level meetings at the E&SE Department on Tuesday, 25th August 2026.

A detailed presentation on PTC Guidelines was given by AS(R&I). The Minister reviewed the guidelines and issued directions for effective implementation at the school level to ensure transparency and better utilization of PTC funds.

A presentation on PTC Funds Tracking was given to the Minister Elementary and Secondary Education. The meeting also reviewed:
I. Schools Special Survey (ACRs etc.)
II. Examination Monitoring
The Minister stressed the need for accurate data, timely reporting, and strict monitoring to improve governance and educational outcomes.

The meeting were attended by Director ESED Mr. Jaffar Mansoor Abbasi, Advisor Education Mian Saad Uddin, Parliamentary Secretary Tourism & Archeology Fateh Ul Mulk, Additional Secretary Zaheer senior officers of E&SE Department. The Minister directed all concerned to ensure follow-up on the decisions and submit progress reports accordingly.
