The head office of the network is situated in the Capital of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa – Peshawar and as a first initiative REN established a coaching academy, with a purpose to educate and enable the students to achieve their desired life goals accordingly. The founders of RUKHANA Education Network basically engaged in education sector, directly or indirectly, and during the stay in education sector, the founders realized the need of a modern institution which grows up in a network by extending its campuses to other regions and districts. To initiate and implement the Network, it’s planned in the strategic meeting of the BOD and Management that, to establish an equipped and modern coaching academy where youth of the community enhance and develop their skills and seek new ideas and concepts. The candidates of the Rukhana Coaching Academy will contribute positively in achieving the MDGs of education-2018. Vision:
REN envision such an environment for the students where they explore their skills by providing modern educational facilities, techniques, and approaches and build their personalities to contribute in the positive development of the Nation. REN will achieve its vision by providing quality education, personality development, research facilities, building the students personality dynamically and enabling the students to be creative and innovative to combat the global challenges. Mission:
The mission of REN is to provide a platform for the youth and children of the community, to learn new techniques and tools through qualified and professional team, so they will be able to be positive developers of the nation. The REN will achieve its mission by providing the basic facilities both outdoor and indoor to the students and teachers, the students will be link to other likeminded institutions, will explore their skills nationally and internationally, encourage them to proactive, involve them in creative activities and will enable the students to explore their hidden skills and experts and let them to choose their field of work. Goals / Objectives:
To accomplish the vision and mission, REN team will work out the following goals and objectives.
1. To educate and capacitate the team members on the SOPs and Policies of the Network.
2. To establish an equipped centralized office for effective and efficient management and supervision of the Network.
3. To develop the course outline and syllabus for offering courses and making it available for the students and public.
4. To market and ensure the visibility of the network in Valley Peshawar.
5. To ensure the quality education and trainings for students and teachers, the ONLY identity of REN – Quality Education.
