2:"PRONOUNS"

"DEFINITION"
A pronoun is a word that is used instead of noun.
How?
"Ali is a nice boy". Then you replace the noun "ALI" with the word "He"and get the following sentence :" He is a nice boy"
"He" is a pronoun.

"The word "pronoun" comes from "pro" (in the meaning of "substitute") + "noun."

EXAMPLES:-
I, we, you, they, he, she, it etc.

Examples with sentences :-

1*Ali is going to bazar.
2("HE is going to bazar").

1*Ayesha has completed the homework.
2("SHE has completed the homework").

1*Usman and Adil have been learning English for one year.
2("THEY have been learning English for one year").

6:UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS:-
"DEFINITION"
An Uncountable noun is a noun that indicates something you can not count.
"An Uncountable noun has only one form (no plural), and it can not be used with the indefinite articles (a/an)".

EXAMPLES:-
Milk, water, sugar, coffee, Happiness,etc.

Examples with sentences :-

*I need some WATER 💦 to drink.

*My teacher gave me a valuable ADVICE on my career.

*Fresh AIR is essential for good health.

NOTE":-
The Capital words in the sentences are called Uncountable Nouns.

5:COUNTABLE NOUNS:-
"DEFINITION"
A Countable noun is a noun that indicates something you could actually count.
"A Countable noun has both a singular and a plural form,and it can be used with the indefinite articles (a/an)"
EXAMPLES:-
Car, Book, Chair, House, Pen, window , etc.

Examples with sentences :-

*I have three BOOKS 📚 on my shelf.

*She bought a new PHONE yesterday.

*The Student Submitted three ESSAYS for the course.

4:PROPER NOUNS:-
"DEFINITION"
A Proper noun is a noun that indicates the specific name of a thing.
"It begins with a capital letter".
EXAMPLES:-
Ali, Pakistan, Eiffel Tower, Sweden, London,etc.

Examples with sentences :-

*I am planning a trip to DUBAI.

*He is studying abroad in AUSTRALIA.

*My birthday is on FRIDAY.

3:COMMON NOUN:-

A Common Noun is a noun that names a general thing, not a specific thing.
"EXAMPLES "
Company, City, Country, Boy, Planet, etc.

*Let's meet at a RESTAURANT for dinner.

*The WOMEN is walking down the street.

2:CONCRETE NOUN:-

A Concrete Noun is a Noun that Names a Physical thing.
"EXAMPLES "
Book, Chair, Table, Car, etc.

Examples with sentences :-

*She picked up the BOOK and began to read.

*The CHAIR in the corner of the room is broken.
