The Student Council Meeting of the Department of Management Sciences was convened in the Office of the Dean Student Affairs at CECOS University. The session was attended by council members and relevant representatives, providing a platform for constructive dialogue and collaboration.
During the meeting, students actively expressed their views, concerns, and suggestions regarding academic, administrative, and campus related matters. The Master Trainer Program – Awareness Session was conducted by the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) under the initiative of the Higher Education Regulatory Authority. The session was organized and coordinated by the Office of Student Affairs at CECOS University of IT & Emerging Sciences.
The program was held on 5th March 2026 and brought together representatives from nine private universities, who actively participated in the awareness session. The objective of the program was to equip selected participants with the necessary knowledge and training to serve as master trainers, enabling them to promote drug awareness and preventive education within their respective institutions.
The session featured comprehensive discussions on drug prevention strategies, the role of educational institutions in combating substance abuse, and collaborative efforts between universities and ANF. The event concluded successfully, reflecting strong inter-university coordination and a shared commitment to fostering a drug-free academic environment.
