Lt. Gen. Faiz Hameed after completing his tenure as DG ISI, Lt General Faiz Hameed will be posted as Corps Commander Peshawar.

Lt General Faiz Hameed is serving as 24th Director General of Inter Services Intelligence.

According to Army tradition, a three-star general has to command a corp in order to become Army Cheif in the future.

Lt General Faiz Hameed is one of the senior most generals in the Pakistan Army and is expected to be the next army chief of the Pakistan Army after General Bajwa's retirement.
