It’s crazy that in a country where the government makes it so hard for us to run our businesses with new taxes and brand rules, we also have to deal with courier companies that seem to be getting away with everything. We're the ones paying our taxes, but we're getting nothing in return.

The government needs to create a system to hold these courier companies accountable. They are acting like a mafia and making money from our losses.

I also believe Pakistan Post needs a major upgrade. We have so many young, talented entrepreneurs who want to build their brands in Pakistan, but the lack of infrastructure is forcing them to take their businesses elsewhere.
