Admission Notice of F.A/ F.Sc (Session 2017-18) at Hakeem Abdul Jalil Nadvi University College for Boys

It is notified that admission process to F.A./F.Sc. 1st Year classes for the Session 2017-2018 at Hakeem Abdul Jalil Nadvi University College for Boys, University of Peshawar will start as per schedule below. Prospectus along with Admission Forms are available at United Bank Limited (UBL), University of Peshawar Campus Branch on working days on payment of Rs.500/-.

Eligibility:
Those candidates who have acquired 45% marks in SSC Annual Examination 2017 or Supplementary 2016 from any board with

Note:
Admission process will start from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on all working days.
All admissions will be granted purely on merit.
Admission Form sent by post or submitted after the due date & incomplete shall not be entertained
The selected candidates must deposit college admission fee/ dues on the date of interview.
All candidates must be present along with their parents/guardians on the day of interview.

Candidates must bring original documents, three passport size attested photographs along with ORIGINAL MIGRATION CERTIFICATE (for candidates passing SSC from Boards other than Peshawar Board) on the day of Submission of Form.
The specimen of affidavit given in the prospectus must be attested by an oath commissioner on stamp paper of Rs.30/- and must be attached with admission form.

The college will remain open on Saturday for collection of Admission forms.

Admission forms shall be submitted at the College along with:

A single attested copy of D.M.C, Provisional Certificate, Character , Domicile Certificates & 03 Photo with white background (Attested on Backside)
A photocopy of Father/ Guardian’s CNIC
Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if any)
Equivalence Certificate from IBCC where applicable.

Further it is necessary to mention that:

One seat in each discipline is reserved for each province (other than KPK)

NADRA registered Afghan citizens have 5% quota reserved for them. They shall be charged normal fee as mentioned above.

Foreign citizens on a student visa shall be given admission according to the rules of University of Peshawar stated as Foreign student Admission Rules.
