Dear Parents,
You are informed that a Parents Teacher Meeting (PTM) is being held at our school tomorrow. The purpose of this meeting is to establish direct communication between parents and teachers regarding the children's academic performance, behavior, and overall development, so their progress can be improved further.
🔹 Boys Section

Parents of all boys' classes will attend the PTM in the Boys Section, where teachers will brief you about your child’s complete performance.

🔹 Girls Section & Junior Section

Parents of girls and junior section students will attend the PTM in their respective sections/classes. Teachers will share details about your child’s results, weaknesses, strengths, and areas of improvement.

📄 Students’ Results

Please collect your child’s result from the respective section on time.
The result will include the child’s performance, homework status, behavior, and teacher’s remarks.
💰 Important Instructions About Fees & Dues

Note: Parents who have outstanding dues or this month’s fee pending, must clear their dues on the day of PTM along with the result.
No result will be issued without fee clearance.
This is an important school policy.
👨‍👩‍👧 Who Can Receive the Result?

Results will be handed over only to parents or guardians.

Children will not be given their results directly.
This is for safety and academic reasons
