This patient presented to our opd with pain left flank. Imaging showed a huge mass arising from upper pole of left kidney. Radical nephrectomy done via midline approach by professor muzafar uddin sadiq. Patient is doing great in post op period

Total thyroidectomy in a shortneck patient who had gross retro sternal extension with cystic degeneration in the left lobe. Thyroidectomy done through cervical approach. Patient is doing fine in post op period without any signs of hypo parathyroidism or nerve injury. Surgery done by the master thyroid surgeon proff ATTAULLAH Jan sb
