"Spill the beans"

Meaning

English: To tell a secret or reveal information, usually by accident.
Urdu: راز فاش کرنا / بھید کھول دینا / پول کھولنا
Word breakdown
`Spill` = گرانا / بہا دینا
`Beans` = پھلیاں
But together it’s an idiom, not literal.

Examples

1. English: I was planning a surprise party, but my brother spilled the beans to her.
Urdu: میں سرپرائز پارٹی پلان کر رہا تھا، لیکن میرے بھائی نے اسے راز بتا دیا۔

2. English: Don’t spill the beans about the new job yet.

1. Cut me off
English Meaning: To interrupt someone while they are speaking.
Urdu Meaning: بات کاٹ دینا / بیچ میں ٹوک دینا

Examples:
1. Sorry, I didn’t mean to *cut you off*. Please continue.
معذرت، میرا آپ کی بات کاٹنے کا ارادہ نہیں تھا۔ براہِ مہربانی جاری رکھیں۔
2. My friend always *cuts me off* when I’m telling a story.
میرا دوست جب میں کہانی سنا رہا ہوتا ہوں تو ہمیشہ میری بات کاٹ دیتا ہے۔
3. Don’t cut me off, I’m almost finished explaining.
میری بات مت کاٹو، میں وضاحت تقریباً مکمل کر چکا ہوں۔
