📢 Important Announcement regarding E-Transfer

All teachers from BPS-12 to BPS-18 are hereby informed that applications for transfer against vacant posts will be accepted from 26th December 2025 to 5th January 2026, only through the E-Transfer App.
It is clarified that no application submitted manually or through any office will be entertained.

Important Instructions (Please read carefully):

Download the E-Transfer App from the Google Play Store. After installation, if anyone forgets their username or password, they are advised to contact the undersigned office for assistance.

The applicant’s IEMIS profile must be complete, updated, and verified.

Teachers with incomplete, incorrect, or unverified profiles will not be considered eligible.

After submitting the application through the E-Transfer App, take a printout and sign it.

The printed form must be duly signed by the School Head, and in case of Primary Teachers, also by the concerned SDEO/ASDEO.

The duly signed application form must be submitted to the District Office within the stipulated time.

In case of any technical or other issues, please contact the District Office immediately.

All Principals, Head Mistresses, and SDEOs are requested to please inform and share this information in their respective school groups for wide circulation and strict compliance.

Note: Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

The Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has notified the E-Transfer Policy 2025 for teaching cadre employees (BPS-12 to BPS-18).

The e-Transfer process will be carried out according to the following schedule:

- Uploading of school-wise vacant positions: 19–25 December 2025
- Submission of online applications by teachers: 26 December 2025 to 05 January 2026
- Verification & authentication of applications by DEOs: 06–09 January 2026
- Display of school-wise final merit/scoring positions: 12 January 2026
- Generation of transfer orders through e-Transfer Portal: 14 January 2026

والدین بچے کی پیدائش پر ایک ماہ کے اندر یونین کونسل میں اندراج کرائیں اور نادرا سے ب فارم بنوائیں۔
میعاد ختم ہونے پر بروقت نیا ب فارم بنوانے کے لئے بچے کے ہمراہ قریبی نادرا دفتر تشریف لائیں یا
پاک آئی ڈی موبائل ایپ سے گھر بیٹھے ب فارم بنوائیں
