دوستوں امید ہے کہ اس سال جون جولائی میں اس سکول کے لئے لوکیشن دیکھنے بزات خود وزیرستان میں ہونگا۔ لوکیشن ماکین رزمک لدھا کانیگرم یا شکئی ہی میں دیکھنی ہے۔ کوئی زمین و بلڈنگ ہدیہ کرنا چاہے تو زمین سو سال تک لیز پر دینا ہوگی۔ اساتذہ کی تلاش ایک خاص طریقے سے ہوگی۔ میرے پاس انویسٹرز ہیں۔ جو پانچ چھ کروڑ تک ابتدائی انویسٹمنٹ کر سکتے ہیں۔ لوکل کمیونٹی سے ہر گاوں کے لیول پر شمالی و جنوبی وزیرستان میں خصوصی مجالس ہونگے۔ کچھ دوستوں کو معاشرتی علوم و اسلامک سٹڈیز پر پابندی کی سمجھ نہیں آئی۔ انکی خدمت میں عرض ہے کہ معاشرتی علوم کے وہ تمام جھوٹ جو ھم نے سالوں سے رٹے اور پھر بعد میں پتہ چلا کہ جھوٹ تھے ان سے بچوں کو دور رکھا جائیگا۔ اسلامک سٹیڈیز سے مراد وہ نفرت انگیز مواد ہے جو لوکل اردو بازاروں نامی نفرت کی فیکٹریوں میں تیار ہوتا ہے اور نہ اس نفرت انگیز مواد کا اسلام سے تعلق ہوتا نہ قرآن سے اس پر بالکل پابندی ہوگی۔بلکہ مزھب میں جہاں جہاں رواداری محبت و انسانیت کا درس ہوگا وہی پڑھایا جائیگا۔

باقی بچوں کی ذھنی و جسمانی نشو نماء پر مکمل توجہ دی جائیگی۔ استاد انکا ایسا دوست ہوگا جو ان بچوں کو ڈنڈے کے زور پر ڈیکٹیٹ Dictate نہیں کریگا بلکہ ہر موڑ پر ہر مشکل میں انکی رہنمائی کریگا۔ الف ب سے ی تک سب پریکٹیکل ہوگا۔ سکول میں کلاسیز بچوں کی ذھنی طاقت کے حساب سے درجہ بند ہونگے۔ اسمبلی ترانے یا دعائیں یہ گھروں میں بچے پڑھیں کیکن سکول میں ان پر مکمل پابندی ہوگی۔ ہوشیار باش آسان باش سے انکی ذھنیت کو کوسوں دور رکھا جائیگا۔ جدید سائینس کمپییوٹر ٹیکنالوجی سے بچے لیس ہونگے۔ مقامی بورڈز یا یونیورسٹیز اے سکول کا کوئی تعلق نہیں ہوگا۔ بلکہ بیرونی دنیا سے سکول منسلک ہوگا۔ ماکین کانیگرم سے بچہ براہ راست اے لیول او لیول کریگا۔بچوں نوکری کے قابل یا دوسروں کا محتاج بنانے کے بجائے اسکو ایسے سکلز و تربیت دی جائیگی کہ وہ دنیا کی کمزوری بن جائیگا۔!
