The School of Business Administration & Social Sciences (SBASS), Iqra National University, Peshawar, proudly announces the successful completion of the PhD Public Defense of our scholar Mr. Wasim Ullah Khan on 17th September 2026.

The scholar presented his research work, exploring important dimensions of corporate financial decision-making and the role of gender diversity in shaping organizational outcomes.

The School of Business Administration and Social Sciences, Iqra National University, held its 3rd Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) Meeting on 15 September 2026, chaired by Prof. Dr. Adil Adnan, Dean, Faculty of Management & Social Sciences (FMSS).

The meeting was attended by CAB members through both in-person and online participation, along with subject experts from the School. The session was facilitated by Dr. Naveed, Head of the CAB, ensuring valuable discussion and expert input.

Key discussions focused on curriculum improvement, elective courses, industry alignment, and strengthening academia–industry linkages to enhance graduate employability.

Dr. Arshad Iqbal (Associate Professor) School of Business Administration and Social Sciences, served as an External Examiner for the MPhil thesis of Ms. Hadia Rehman, MPhil Management Sciences, at Qurtuba University of Science & Information Technology, Peshawar.
The research focused on “Impact of AI and Machine Learning on the Efficiency of the Organizational Performance, particularly examining how emerging technologies contribute to improved decision-making, productivity, operational efficiency, and overall organizational performance.

We are proud to share that Dr. Faisal Sheraz, Principal, School of Business Administration & Social Sciences, Iqra National University, has contributed a chapter in the book "Preparing for Tomorrow’s AI-Enhanced Work Environment", published by De Gruyter, Germany. The book is Scopus indexed and focuses on the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence, technology, and the future of work.
