The First Batch Induction Training Program, conducted from 06 July 2026 to 10 July 2026, for the newly recruited Assistants, Junior Clerks, Food Grain Inspectors, Cane Inspectors, and Food Grain Supervisors of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Department, has been successfully concluded at the Government Technical Teachers Training College / Centre of Excellence (GTTTC/CoE), Hayatabad, Peshawar.

The training program was meticulously designed and delivered by the highly qualified and experienced faculty of GTTTC/CoE Peshawar to enhance the professional knowledge, Basic IT competencies, and administrative capabilities of the newly inducted officers and officials.

This initiative reflects the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Department's unwavering dedication to developing a competent, accountable, and future-ready workforce capable of delivering efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric services across the province.
Throughout the five-day program, participants actively engaged in a comprehensive learning experience comprising interactive lectures, practical exercises, professional discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions facilitated by distinguished trainers and subject-matter experts. NOTICE TO DIT STUDENTS

It is informed to all DIT 1st Term and 2nd Term students that, with reference to KP-BT&CE Peshawar Letter No. 5226-5600 dated 23-06-2026, the examination schedule has been announced.
The normal examination fee is Rs. 2,650/-, and the last date for submission to KP-BT&CE is 28 July 2026. However, all students are directed to submit their examination fee on or before 24 July 2026 to facilitate the completion of administrative and documentation work.
Furthermore, all outstanding dues must be cleared by 10 July 2026.
Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

تمام DIT فرسٹ ٹرم اور سیکنڈ ٹرم کے طلباء کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ KP-BT&CE پشاور کے خط نمبر 5226-5600 مورخہ 23-06-2026 کے مطابق امتحانات کا شیڈول جاری کر دیا گیا ہے۔

امتحانی فیس 2,650 روپے مقرر کی گئی ہے اور بورڈ میں جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ 28 جولائی 2026 ہے۔ تاہم انتظامی اور دستاویزی کارروائی مکمل کرنے کے لیے تمام طلباء اپنی امتحانی فیس 24 جولائی 2026 یا اس سے پہلے جمع کروائیں۔

مزید برآں، تمام طلباء کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ اپنے واجبات (Dues) 10 جولائی 2026 تک مکمل طور پر ادا کر دیں۔

Background

Pakistan is proud to be the first country to sign the “Skills Verification Program” (SVP) agreement with Takamol Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has enforced the “Skill Verification Program” (SVP) from 1st July, 2021 to regulate its labor market. After implementation of the SVP in KSA, the skill verification by Takamol Saudi Arabia, a duly authorized agency, became mandatory for the skilled workers, who intend to proceed to KSA for employment, including Pakistan and other Asian countries.

Who need Takamol Testing?

Candidates who wish to proceed to Saudi Arabia from Pakistan has to pass Takamol SVP test before proceeding to Saudi Arabia in trades made mandatory by KSA.

Role of NAVTTC

NAVTTC is helping stake holders i.e. Takamol SVP, Assessment Centers and candidates in implementation of the program.

Procedure for Registration & Assessment

Candidates register on the SVP International Log in page https://svp-international.pacc.sa/auth/register
Create their profile on the website by providing the requisite information
Pay Takamol fee of USD50 online
Book their schedule by choosing the assessment center, trade and date for assessment.
Download the Roll No slip.
Proceed for test on the given date, time and venue.
If candidate passes the test, result/certificate is electronically uploaded on the portal of the candidate within 24 hours of the assessmen

​Today, the Government Technical & Vocational Training Centre (GTTTC) CCJP Office successfully organized an interactive session in collaboration with Bank Al Habib.

​The session focused on microfinance opportunities specially tailored for our TVET pass-outs, equipping them with the financial tools and knowledge needed to kickstart their entrepreneurial journeys and achieve self-reliance.

منیجنگ ڈائریکٹر خیبر پختونخوا ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن اینڈ ووکیشنل ٹریننگ اتھارٹی، خضر حیات نے گورنمنٹ ٹیکنیکل ٹیچرز ٹریننگ کالج حیات آباد پشاور کا دورہ کیا۔
دورے کے موقع پر انہوں نے کالج کے پرنسپل سے ملاقات کی اور ادارے کی مجموعی کارکردگی پر تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ منیجنگ ڈائریکٹر نے مختلف لیبارٹریز اور ورکشاپس کا بھی معائنہ کیا اور وہاں فراہم کی جانے والی سہولیات اور تربیتی معیار کا جائزہ لیا۔
خضر حیات نے کالج میں جاری مختلف تربیتی سرگرمیوں کا بغور مشاہدہ کیا اور طلباء کو دی جانے والی فنی تعلیم اور عملی تربیت کو سراہا۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق تربیت فراہم کرنا وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے تاکہ نوجوانوں کو مارکیٹ میں بہتر روزگار کے مواقع میسر آ سکیں۔
اس موقع پر انہوں نے ادارے کی انتظامیہ کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ تربیتی پروگرامز کے معیار کو مزید بہتر بنانے اور طلباء کو جدید ہنر سکھانے پر خصوصی توجہ دیں۔

On 16 April 2026, UNDP team had the pleasure of visiting the Government Technical Teacher Training College, where we engaged in fruitful discussions about future collaborations in vocational education.

Together, we explored ways to enhance training programs for aspiring electricians, dress makers, and beauticians. Our aim is to equip these talented students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their trades and contribute to our community's growth.
