🤝 Empowering Our TVET Graduates through Financial Inclusion!
Today, the Government Technical & Vocational Training Centre (GTTTC) CCJP Office successfully organized an interactive session in collaboration with Bank Al Habib.
The session focused on microfinance opportunities specially tailored for our TVET pass-outs, equipping them with the financial tools and knowledge needed to kickstart their entrepreneurial journeys and achieve self-reliance.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the team from Bank Al Habib for their valuable insights and support in guiding our graduates toward a prosperous future.

منیجنگ ڈائریکٹر خیبر پختونخوا ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن اینڈ ووکیشنل ٹریننگ اتھارٹی، خضر حیات نے گورنمنٹ ٹیکنیکل ٹیچرز ٹریننگ کالج حیات آباد پشاور کا دورہ کیا۔
دورے کے موقع پر انہوں نے کالج کے پرنسپل سے ملاقات کی اور ادارے کی مجموعی کارکردگی پر تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ منیجنگ ڈائریکٹر نے مختلف لیبارٹریز اور ورکشاپس کا بھی معائنہ کیا اور وہاں فراہم کی جانے والی سہولیات اور تربیتی معیار کا جائزہ لیا۔
خضر حیات نے کالج میں جاری مختلف تربیتی سرگرمیوں کا بغور مشاہدہ کیا اور طلباء کو دی جانے والی فنی تعلیم اور عملی تربیت کو سراہا۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق تربیت فراہم کرنا وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے تاکہ نوجوانوں کو مارکیٹ میں بہتر روزگار کے مواقع میسر آ سکیں۔
اس موقع پر انہوں نے ادارے کی انتظامیہ کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ تربیتی پروگرامز کے معیار کو مزید بہتر بنانے اور طلباء کو جدید ہنر سکھانے پر خصوصی توجہ دیں۔
دورے کے اختتام پر منیجنگ ڈائریکٹر نے ادارے کی کارکردگی پر اطمینان کا اظہار کیا اور مستقبل میں مزید بہتری کے لیے ہر ممکن تعاون کی یقین دہانی کرائی۔

On 16 April 2026, UNDP team had the pleasure of visiting the Government Technical Teacher Training College, where we engaged in fruitful discussions about future collaborations in vocational education.
Together, we explored ways to enhance training programs for aspiring electricians, dress makers, and beauticians. Our aim is to equip these talented students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their trades and contribute to our community's growth.
We believe that with strengthened collaboration, we can create more opportunities and empower our youth to achieve their dreams!

On April 9th, a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Government Technical Teacher Training College Hayatabad and Fast Move Packages! 🤝

Pakistan is proud to be the first country to sign the “Skills Verification Program” (SVP) agreement with Takamol Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has enforced the “Skill Verification Program” (SVP) from 1st July, 2021 to regulate its labor market. After implementation of the SVP in KSA, the skill verification by Takamol Saudi Arabia, a duly authorized agency, became mandatory for the skilled workers, who intend to proceed to KSA for employment, including Pakistan and other Asian countries.
The Government Technical Teachers Training Centre Hayatabad (GTTTC) Hayatabad, Peshawar, is an approved Assessment Centre authorized to conduct Assessment.
The centre offers accredited assessment services in the following technical disciplines:

The team of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Pakistan – Takamol Holding (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – KSA) Skill Verification Program visited the Government Technical Teachers Training College / Centre of Excellence (GTTTC/CoE), Hayatabad, to review and evaluate additional trades for inclusion in the Takamol Skill Verification Program.
During the visit, the inspection team toured the institute’s state-of-the-art laboratories and training facilities, including CNC, PLC, Hair and Beauty, Tailoring, and Hospitality (Chef/Cooking). The team showed keen interest in incorporating these trades into the Takamol assessment framework.
Such initiatives highlight the importance of skilled and talented professionals who play a vital role in strengthening Pakistan’s workforce. By equipping individuals with internationally recognized skills, Pakistan can further contribute to economic growth and prosperity both nationally and globally.
