World Environment Day urges all of us to protect our natural surroundings. The stunning facts? An estimated 7 million people die each year from causes related to air pollution, with a majority occurring in the Asia-Pacific region. This day, which falls on June 5, encourages worldwide activism. That means everything from littering to climate change. World Environment Day is both a global celebration and a platform for public outreach.
Sustainability and the protection of the environment are without a doubt among the most pressing issues we face in the world today. The core necessities of life all come from Mother Nature and, unfortunately, we take it for granted. World Environment Day encourages everyone from individuals to large-scale corporations to be more conscious of their impact on the environment.
LET’S TAKE THIS TIME TO REFLECT ON OUR CONNECTION TO THE LAND, AIR AND WATER
1) Recycle & reuse make it your routine and it will save you some coin, and help the planet.
2) Plant a tree or local, pollinator-friendly flowers!
3) No straw is the best option save your money on unnecessary things like that 5th reusable bottle.
4) Protect our ecosystems conserve water, eliminate use of rodenticides which can kill other species as well, practice ‘leave no trace’ when using public lands
5) Be a conscious consumer applies to all of the above where you choose to spend your money can impact the world
HOW TO OBSERVE WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY
1) Make a commitment to recycle ♻️
2) Plant a Tree 🌴
3) Volunteer 🙋
WHY WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY IS IMPORTANT
1) It reconnects us to nature
2) It encourages us to take a action
3) It raises awareness

After you receive a COVID-19 booster shot, you may have side effects like you felt with your COVID-19 primary series vaccination. Fever, headache, fatigue, and pain at the injection site are the most common side effects. These are normal signs that your body is building more protection against COVID-19, but if you don’t experience side effects, that’s OK, too.
