There seems to be a serious misunderstanding regarding teachers’ recruitment in Sindh. The teachers who have been recruited and those currently being recruited all to all are coming through a merit-based process.
They are capable, hardworking, highly qualified, and passionate about education.
Instead of discouraging the efforts being made for the improvement of education, we should appreciate and encourage positive work. Syed Sardar Ali Shah is making sincere efforts for the education sector in Sindh, and such efforts deserve recognition and support.
As a senior journalist, Hamid Mir Sahib should be more careful and responsible while making statements, especially when discussing such a sensitive and important issue. Spreading incorrect or misleading information can discourage both teachers and those working for educational reforms.
We strongly encourage and appreciate Syed Sardar Ali Shah for his efforts toward improving education in Sindh, and we respectfully condemn the statement made by Hamid Mir Sahib regarding teachers’ recruitment.
