Muzaffarabad: Inspector General of Police Azad Kashmir Captain (Retired) Liaqat Hussain Malik held a meeting with the Principal of Kashmir Girls Cadet College, Major (Retired) Abdul Rashid Mughal, and Director Abid ur Rehman Khattak.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the promotion of quality education for girls, character building, discipline, and the development of national awareness in Azad Kashmir. On the occasion, Principal Major (Retired) Abdul Rashid Mughal briefed the IGP about the vision, objectives, and overall performance of the college. He stated that Kashmir Girls Cadet College is the first cadet-style institution for girls in Azad Kashmir, where special emphasis is being placed on modern education, moral training, leadership skills, patriotism, and discipline.
He further said that the institution aims to prepare talented, confident, and patriotic young women capable of serving the nation in various fields in the future. The college is providing modern educational facilities, co-curricular activities, and physical training to ensure the overall development of students.
Director Abid ur Rehman Khattak also briefed the meeting regarding the institution’s future plans, educational expansion, and efforts to provide a safe and high-quality learning environment for female students.
Later, the college administration formally invited Captain (Retired) Liaqat Hussain Malik to visit the institution and observe its academic and training activities closely.
IGP Azad Kashmir Captain (Retired) Liaqat Hussain Malik appreciated the establishment and educational services of Kashmir Girls Cadet College and termed it a positive and significant step towards the promotion of girls’ education in Azad Kashmir. He stated that institutions focusing on quality education and character building of young girls are the foundation of a progressive and civilized society.

الحمدللہ ثم الحمدللہ، کشمیر گرلز کیڈٹ کالج سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن لنگر پورہ مظفرآباد نے ریاستی سطح پر قومی دھارے میں شامل ہونے کا عملی ثبوت دیتے ہوئے یادگارِ شہداء پر آزاد حکومت اور پاک فوج کے اشتراک سے منعقدہ پروقار تقریب میں بھرپور شرکت کی جہاں خاکی وردی میں ملبوس کالج کی کیڈٹس نے نظم و ضبط کا شاندار مظاہرہ کیا اور تقریب کے بعد کیڈٹس نے نڑول سٹیڈیم کا رخ کیا جہاں انہوں نے پاک فوج کی جانب سے لگائی گئی اسلحہ کی نمائش میں جدید ہتھیاروں کا مشاہدہ کیا اور مختلف سرکاری محکمہ جات کے معلوماتی سٹالز کا وزٹ بھی کیا، اس موقع پر پراعتماد انداز اور خاکی وردی میں ملبوس کشمیر گرلز کیڈٹ کالج کی بچیوں نے تقریب میں شریک شہریوں، افسران اور میڈیا کی خصوصی توجہ حاصل کی اور شرکاء نے کیڈٹس کے جذبے کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ بیٹیاں معرکہ حق "بنیان مرصوص" کی امین ہیں اور کل کو یہی قوم کی نظریاتی و جغرافیائی سرحدوں کی محافظ بنیں گی۔
