Zindgi se yehi gila hy mujhy
Tu boht deir sy mila hy mujhy

That's why I am angry with life
It's too late for me to meet you

Jis Des se Maon Behnon ko
Aghyar Utha Kar lay jaen

Gulon Mein Rang Bharay Baday No Bahar Chlay

7 Best and Easy Preventions of Corona Virus (COVID-19) in 2020

Understand how the virus spreads
There is currently no vaccine that can prevent 2019 new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19). The best way to prevent disease is to avoid contact with the virus. It is generally believed that the virus spreads mainly from person to person. Between people in close contact (within about 6 feet). Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. These droplets can fall into the mouth or nose of nearby people, and may even be inhaled into the lungs. Some recent studies have shown that asymptomatic infected people may also spread COVID-19.

Everyone should practice
Wash your hands frequently
Wash your hands often with soap and water for no less than 20 seconds, especially after you enter or leave a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.
Especially important hand washing moments:
Before eating or cooking
Before touching the face
After toilet
After leaving a public place
After blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing
After processing the mask
After changing the diaper
After taking care of the patient
After touching animals or pets
"If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer with an alcohol content of at least 60%. Apply it to your hands and rub them together until they are dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose with unwashed hands."

Avoid close contact
At home: Avoid close contact with patients.
If possible, maintain a distance of 6 feet from the patient and other family members.
Outside of home: Keep a distance of 6 feet from people who do not live with you.
Please keep in mind that some people without symptoms may also spread the virus.
Keep at least 6 feet (approximately 2 arm length) away from others.
For people at higher risk of serious illness, keeping distance from others is especially important.

Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when there are other people around
Even if you are not sick, it is possible to spread COVID-19.
The purpose of a mask is to protect others if you are infected.
In public places and surrounding people who do not live with you, especially when it is difficult to maintain other social distancing measures, everyone should wear a mask.
Children under 2 years of age, or those who have difficulty breathing, are unconscious, incapacitated, or cannot remove the mask without help should not wear a mask.
Do not use medical masks. At present, medical masks and N95 respiratory protection masks are vital supplies and should be reserved for medical staff and other emergency personnel.
Continue to maintain a distance of about 6 feet between yourself and others. Masks cannot replace safe social distancing.

Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing
When coughing or sneezing, be sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or the inside of your elbow, and do not spit.
Throw used tissues in the trash can.
Wash hands immediately with soap and water for no less than 20 seconds. If you can't find soap and water right away, you can use a hand sanitizer with an alcohol content of at least 60% to clean your hands.

Cleaning and Disinfection
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces every day, including desktops, door handles, light switches, countertops, armrests, desks, telephones, keyboards, toilets, faucets and sinks.
Clean the dirty surface. Use detergent or soap and water to clean before disinfection.

Monitor your health every day
Watch out for symptoms. Watch out for fever, cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms of COVID-19.
This is especially important if you are dealing with necessary matters, going to an office or workplace, or in places where it may be difficult to maintain a distance of 6 feet.
If symptoms occur, check your temperature.
Do not check your body temperature within 30 minutes after exercise or after taking acetaminophen and other drugs that may lower your body temperature.
If symptoms worsen, see your doctor.

Protect your health in this flu season
Influenza virus and COVID-19 virus may spread at the same time in this autumn and winter, and the medical system may be overwhelmed by treating flu patients and COVID-19 patients at the same time. This means that getting the flu vaccine between 2020-2021 is crucial.
Although the flu vaccine does not provide protection from COVID-19, it has many important functions, such as:
Influenza vaccines have been shown to reduce the risk of flu illness, hospitalization, and death.
Influenza vaccination can also save medical resources for the care of COVID-19 patients.

Wo ja na thy to kuch na tha, wo jo na hon to kuch na ho
Jaan hn wo jahan ki, jaan hy to jahan hy

Nothing could have been created, if He (PBUH) was not born
He is the soul of all the universes

Tu hy suraj tujhy maloom kahan rat ka dukh
Tu kisi roz mere ghr me utar sham k bad

You are sun, what you would know about the sorrows of night
Land in my house after evening and see my miseries

Jo dekhta hon wohi bolnay ka aadi hon
Mein apny shehr ka sb sy bara fasadi hon

I am accustomed to speak only what I see
I am the biggest rioter in my city

Nind auqat say bahir thi kharidi na g*i
Ratjagay narkh me arza'an thy utha laya hon

Sleep was out of range and I could not afford it
The prices of awakening were cheap and I picked them up

Hujjat na pesh kijiye koi fazool mein
Hum intiha pasand hein Ishq-e-Rasool (PBUH) mein

Do not present an argument in vain
We are extremists in Ishq-e-Rasool (PBUH)

Jab se dekha hy teri Ankhon ko
Meri Ankhon se log jaltay hein

Ever since I saw your Eyes
People are jealous of my Eyes

Hum kharabon mein aik khoobi hy
Hum musibat mein kaam aty hn

We have the good in the bad
We get into trouble

Waba-e-Aam se marnay ka khof apni jaga
Kawar khol k dekho bahar ai hy

Fear of dying from a common epidemic has its place
Open the door and see that spring has come

Dukh day kr sawal krty ho
Tm bhi Ghalib kamal krty ho

You give me sorrows and then ask my feelings
You are too strange and cruel

Dil ko teri chahat py bharosa bhi boht hy

The heart also has a lot of faith in your love
And I'm also afraid to leave you

Dil mein hota to mumkin hy nikal bhi jata
Ab to wo shaks boht dooor talak hy mujh mein

If it was in the heart, it might have gone out
But that person is far away in me . . .

Shield yourself into changing molds

Take care of yourself

I am strangely confused

To give me your example

Ufaq sy paar koi had nazar mein rakhay gi
Teri talash musalsal safar mein rakhay gi

It will look beyond the Horizon
It will keep you on the go . . .
