Orientation class of GPI Mithi students at Pingdingshan Polytechnic college China

Thrilled to share this milestone! Eighteen students of this institute are embarking on a journey to China for further studies under the Dual Diploma CCTE Program, in collaboration with Tang International Education.

The THAR Foundation has played a vital role in making this opportunity possible. The Foundation has generously covered all expenses for the students from the Pakistani institute, including:

Airfare to China and full winter kit to ensure the students are well-prepared for the cold weather at Pingdingshan College, China.

Government Polytechnic Institute Mithi, in collaboration with Thar Foundation, hosted a graceful farewell ceremony for 18 talented students selected to continue their studies in China under the Sino-Pak Dual Diploma CCTE Program (Tang International Education)— a truly proud milestone for the youth of Thar. 🎓🌍

The event was graced by honorable guests including DC Tharparkar Liaquat Ali Baloch, Ex-Senator Gian Chand Tharani, Faqir Faisal Bilalani, Farhan Ansari (GM Thar Foundation), Dr. Mushtaq Vighio, Tejver Singh Sodha, Madam Memoona Afzal, Madam Mariam, Madam Naila, Saraj Soomro, Sameer Tharani, Adam Hingoro, Ghulam Muhammad Junejo, Engr. Chaman Lal, Deepak Sharma, Professor Muhammad Anwer Junejo, Mukesh Maharaj, Professor Abdul Khalique Nuhri, Amanullah (Auditor), and Sarfraz (Assistant Accountant Officer) along with proud parents.

🎓 Students received their admission letters, and Thar Foundation extended generous support including air tickets, winter jackets, and bags to ensure a smooth journey and stay in China.

🌟 Distinguished guests congratulated the students and wished them a successful and bright future — inspiring hope for a stronger, skilled, and globally competitive Thar youth.

A Farewell to the students of SINO PAK Dual Diploma Program Organised at Staff Training Academy, Karachi on 17th October, 2025.

18 students from Mirpurkhas Region of Govt. Polytechnic Institute Mithi shall attend a year of study at CHINA under Scholarship and after completion of their Dual Diploma Program they shall be provide Job Opportunities as well.

It’s a pride moment for Government Polytechnic Institute Mithi that out of total 38 students from Sindh 18 students are from GPI Mithi.

A team from the Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL) visited Government Polytechnic Institute Mithi today. During the visit, they interacted with students, reviewed their feedback, and observed practical work in various laboratories.

The KSBL team expressed their appreciation for the institute’s environment and remarked that GPI Mithi is an even better institution than they had heard about.
