Instructional Leadership and management course ILM Flash summer Training programme 2022 designed and arranged by Fauji Foundation Education System, is a brilliant training course and an excellent way to bring teams together. It is a very effective course, especially for newly appointed Vice Principals. All the sessions are very useful for me. I would like to highlight the dynamics of the sessions:
* Very active
* Very interesting
* Well organized
* Very insightful and interactive
* Refreshing and motivating
* Practical and informative
* and above all, it is great to share experiences.
Thank You Fauji Foundation Education System and Training and Evaluation Department for providing these opportunities for continuous professional development.
Special thanks to Ma'am Oneeza Asif for designing the inspiring questions and tasks.
Regards
Mrs Hafsa Tasneem
