بریگیڈیئر محمد فرید سیکرٹری صحت عامہ آزاد حکومت ریاست جموں وکشمیر نے محترمہ بینظیر بھٹو شہید میڈیکل کالج کا تفصیلی دورہ کیا۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر فیصل بشیر پرنسپل میڈیکل کالج نے ہمراہ فیکلٹی سیکرٹری صحت عامہ کا کالج پہنچنے پر استقبال کیا۔
سیکرٹری صحت عامہ کو کالج میں جاری اکیڈمک اور ترقیاتی منصوبوں پر تفصیلی بریفننگ دی گئی ۔ سیکرٹری صحت عامہ نے کالج میں جاری منصوبوں پر اظہار اطمینان کیا اور اپنی پوری سپورٹ کا یقین دلایا۔
اس کے علاؤہ سیکرٹری صحت عامہ نے جاری ترقیاتی کام کا تفصیلی معائنہ بھی کیا اور اب تک کیے گئے کام کو بھی سراہا۔

Honorable MIDHAT SHAHZAD Additional Chief Secretary General/Development visited the MBBS Medical College and get briefing on ongoing PSDP project titled "Establishment of MBBS Medical College".
The Principal MBBS Medical College along with Prof. Dr. Tariq Masood Vice Principal MBBS Medical College, Superintending Engineer PWD and XEN PWD briefied regarding the progress of the Project and also highlighted the bottlenecks of the Project. The Commissioner Mirpur Division was also present during the visit. The worthy Additional Chief Secretary General/ Development also visited the site of ongoing project and appreciated the efforts of all stakeholders for the completion of major component of the Project. She also assured the full cooperation of Govt. Of AJ&K for timely completion of the Project.
The Principal MBBS Medical College thanked the Additional Chief Secretary General/Development for the visit of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Medical College Mirpur AJ&K on very short notice.

University of Health Sciences Lahore Visited MBBS Medical College Mirpur AJ&K.
The visit was conducted in response to the directions of the Honorable Prime Minister of AJ&K/Chairman Governing body for Public Sector Medical Colleges of AJ&K.
The inspection team was comprised of professionals from various backgrounds, including academia, healthcare, and administration, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of the medical college's performance headed by Prof. Dr. Ajmal Farooq. The other team members were Dr. Col (r) Khalid Rahim Khan, Dr. Asad Zaheer, Dr. Mansoor Ghani and Mr. Khurram Abbas.
The Principal of MBBS Medical College, Prof. Dr. Faisal Bashir along with his team , played a pivotal role in welcoming the team and providing an overview of the college's academic activities and infrastructure, showcasing transparency and cooperation.
The team conducted a thorough physical inspection of all basic sciences departments and the attached teaching hospital, indicating a hands-on approach to evaluating facilities and resources.
It's noteworthy that the efforts of the administration, faculty, and staff were recognized and appreciated by the visiting team, highlighting the dedication and hard work put forth by the college community despite resource limitations.
Overall, the visit was in a structured manner, with a focus on assessing various aspects of the medical college and acknowledging the efforts made towards maintaining educational standards and quality healthcare services.
