Paradise (White Rose) Public Secondary School, Umerkot organized a Science Project Exhibition for Class VI and VII students. The students showcased innovative science projects and presented their ideas with confidence and enthusiasm.

جن اسکولوں کا آڈٹ ابھی باقی ہے، وہ والدین سے یہ انڈرٹیکنگ جمع کریں اور مکمل 10٪ فری شپ دستاویزات کے ساتھ اپنے ریکارڈ میں رکھیں۔ آڈٹ ٹیم اسے آڈٹ کے دوران جمع کرے گی۔

جن اسڪولن جي آڊٽ اڳ ۾ مڪمل ٿي چڪي آهي، انهن کي گهرجي ته والدين طرفان صحيح ڪيل هي انڊرٽيڪنگ گڏوگڏ 10٪ فيرشپ پروفارما سان گڏ هن آفيس ۾ جمع ڪرائين.
جن اسڪولن جي آڊٽ اڃا رهيل آهي، انهن کي گهرجي ته والدين کان هي انڊرٽيڪنگ گڏ ڪن ۽ مڪمل 10٪ فيرشپ دستاويزن سان گڏ پنهنجي ريڪارڊ ۾ محفوظ ڪن. آڊٽ ٽيم ان کي آڊٽ جي دوراني دوران گڏ ڪندي.

An undertaking sample has been shared with all institutions. This undertaking is to be filled and signed by parents, declaring that their children are studying in your school under the 10% Freeship quota.

All schools whose audits have already been completed must submit this parent-signed undertaking along with the 10% Freeship Proforma to this office.
Schools whose audits are still pending must collect these undertakings from parents and keep them in their record along with the complete 10% Freeship documents. The audit team will collect them during their audit visit.

The Smart School Al-Hamra Campus, Mirpurkhas, has taken a commendable initiative by announcing admissions against the vacant seats under the 10% Freeship/Scholarship quota. This action demonstrates the school’s strong commitment to transparency and its dedication to ensuring that the Freeship/Scholarship quota is fully implemented in accordance with the Government of Sindh’s policy. All Privately Managed Schools in Mirpurkhas Region are informed to implement the attached circular issued by DIRPIS regarding relaxation of the uniform policy during the winter season. Schools must allow students to wear suitable winter clothing as instructed.

The following list of schools from District Mirpurkhas has been provided to us by the Health Department, Government of Sindh, identified either for refusals or for having below 80% vaccination coverage. As per the instructions, necessary action is to be taken against these schools.

However, we have requested the Health Department to grant a few days’ grace period.

Therefore, all schools included in this list are hereby advised to immediately coordinate with their respective area health teams and ensure 100% vaccination coverage between Monday and Wednesday without fail.
