میرانشاہ (حاجی مجتبٰی ) میرانشاہ پریس کلب کے سامنے احتجاجی مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے تبی ٹول خیل قبیلے کے کثیر تعداد میں ائے ہوئے مظاہرین نے ہاتھوں میں بینرز اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر مطالبات درج تھے مظاہرے کی قیادت سابقہ صوبائی اسمبلی کے امیدوار اور تبی ٹول خیل کے سرکردہ رہنماء ملک نیک مر جان نے کیا مظاہرے میں قبائلی مشران اور تحریک انصاف کے کارکنوں نے شرکت کی۔مظاہرین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے ملک نیک مرجان نے کہا کہ غلام خان کے مقام پر صوبائی معاون خصوصی نے ہسپتال کا افتتاح کیا ہے جس کے ہم بے حد شکر گذار ہے مگر ہمارا مطالبہ ہے کہ ہسپتال کو غلام خان میں اس مقام پر تعمیر کیا جائے جہاں ابادی زیادہ ہو تاکہ ہسپتال سے زیادہ سے زیادہ لوگ مستفید ہو سکے ۔ ہسپتال اسی غلام خان تحصیل میں تبی ٹول خیل کے مقام پر تعمیر کیا جائے تاکہ ہزاروں کی ابادی کو فائدہ ہو ملک نیک مر جان نے کہا کہ ہزاروں خاندانوں کونظر انداز کر کے درجن لوگوں کو خوش کرنے کیلئے ہسپتال غلام خان میں اس جگہ پر تعمیر کرنا جہاں نا ابادی ہے اور نہ ہی وہاں جانا اسان ہے ناقابل قبول ہیں ۔ عوامی سہولت کیلئے بننے والا ہسپتال کو عوام کے سہولت کیلئے گنجان آبادی علاقہ تبی ٹول خیل میں تعمیر کیا جائے جوکہ زمینی حقائق بھی یہی ہے۔ ملک نیک مرجان نے مزید کہا کہ ہم ہسپتال کیلئے زمین آدھی قیمت پر دینے کو تیار ہے۔ بلکہ اگر حکومت کے پاس بجٹ کی کمی ہو تو ہم زمین ہسپتال کے لیے فری بھئ ڈونٹ کرینگے۔ اُنہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ اگر چند مخصوص ٹولے نے عوامی رائے اور عوامی مفاد کو نظر انداز کیا۔ تو ہم عدالتوں کا راستہ اختیار کرنے کے ساتھ احتجاجی تحریک بھی شروع کرنے کا تہیہ کیے ہوئے ہیں۔ جس میں شمالی وزیرستان کے تمام داخلی و خارجی سڑکوں بشمول پاک افغان شاہراہ کو بھی بند کریں گے آخر میں ملک نیک مرجان نے صوبائی مشیر برائے ریلف او آباد کاری نیک محمد ، ڈپٹی کمشنر شمالی وزیرستان محمد یوسف کریم کنڈی، جی او سی سیون ڈوثرن، اور ڈسٹرکٹ ھیلتھ آفیسر سے اپیل اور مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ اقلیت کو اکثریت پر فوقیت نہ دیں اور اکثریت رائے کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے فوری ایکشن لیں اور ہسپتال کو اسی غلام خان تحصیل میں تبی ٹول خیل میں تعین شدہ جگہ پر تعمیر کیا جائے۔تاکہ اس ہسپتال سے ہزاروں افراد مستفید ہو۔
