Public Private Collaboration (PPC) College Mula Baba has been established at GHS No.4 Mingora, under the PPC agreement programme 2002, with the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which is centreally located institution in Mingora city and easily approachable. The basic purpose of establishing PPC Collage at GHS No.4 Mulababa Mingora is to facilitate and provide quality education to the student having passed the SSC examination and are desirous to continue their study.
