Zakat is one of the five Pillars of Islam. Zakat is part of the wealth and property Muslims are supposed to shared with poors. There are more than 1.2 billion Muslims on the planet. The money donated for the Zakat is enormous.
Every Muslim is obliged to pay 2.5% of Zakat from his wealth on which he has spent a year . And it is necessary to convey it to the deserving.
