Five Days of Training on Nutrition in Emergencies Successfully Concluded at AMK Campus, Mardan 🥗

From 20–24 January 2025, Amir Muhammad Khan Campus, Mardan (The University of Agriculture, Peshawar) hosted a five-day comprehensive training on Nutrition in Emergencies, in collaboration with Khyber Medical University and with the support of UNICEF Peshawar.

🎓 Prof. Dr. Jan Bakht, Vice Chancellor of the University of Agriculture Peshawar, inaugurated the event as Chief Guest, highlighting the vital role of proper nutrition in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He encouraged participants to spread their newly acquired knowledge within their communities.

👨‍🏫 The training, facilitated by Dr. Amjad Ali Bacha, Assistant Professor, equipped postgraduate students and faculty with skills to address malnutrition and apply the Nutrition in Emergency (NiE) toolkit for effective preparedness and response during crises.
