On the direction of Honorable Principal Prof. Syed Taskeen Shah, the Department of Statistics, GPGC Mardan, successfully organized a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on 12th May 2026.
During the meeting, the faculty members discussed students’ attendance, academic performance, and overall progress with their parents in a very positive and constructive environment.
Dr. Lakhkar Khan, Chairman Department of Statistics, warmly welcomed all respected parents and appreciated their active participation and cooperation for the better future of the students.
The Department believes that strong coordination between parents and teachers plays a vital role in students’ academic success and character building.

Today, we had the honor of welcoming Prof. Jamal Shah (Former Principal) to the Department of Statistics, GPGC Mardan. His visit brought back cherished memories of our student days in 2001, when we had the privilege of learning under his guidance.
Prof. Jamal Shah is not only an outstanding teacher of Statistics but also a symbol of honesty, dedication, and academic excellence. His deep knowledge and remarkable command over the subject inspired us to build strong foundations—from the very basics of Statistics to advanced understanding.
We are proud to be his students and truly grateful for the values and knowledge he imparted to us. His legacy continues to guide and motivate us in our academic and professional journeys.
