"Healthy Food Day" Celebrated

Preschool is a crucial time for children to develop healthy eating habits. Healthy Food Day is a fun and engaging way to introduce them to the importance of nutritious foods and physical activity. There are many benefits of celebrating Healthy Food Day in preschool classes like: awareness of healthy foods, Development of positive associations with healthy foods, Encouragement of trying new foods, Promotion of physical activity, Building a foundation for lifelong health. So, we held a fun-filled Healthy Food Day at our school.
