Candidates are advised to enter their all academic qualifications so that system could
assign marks to all the academic qualification accordingly. Professional Education like
PTC, CT, ADE, B.Ed.M.Ed etc are not rated by the system.
Academic Score over 75% will be allotted 16 Marks
Academic Score between 60% to 74% will be allotted 10 Marks
Academic Score Between 50% to 59% will be allotted 05 Marks
Academic Score below 50% have no score.
A candidate having 4 Year Degree, the same criteria will be applied but their BS
Degree will be considered equivalent of Master Degree and scored/rated accordingly
by the system. A candidate having 2 Master Degrees are advised to enter any one of
the Degree in which they have better percentage. Double Score for any level
( SSC, HSSC, BA/BSC,MA/MSc) allotted by the system on the basis of provided
information by the applicants will not be considered.
Any wrong information or Double entry of same Certificate/Degree will be considered a
negligence on the part of candidate and such candidates will not be short-listed. So
candidates are advised to check and recheck their academic qualification and make
sure that every entry is correct.
After updating the qualification Module, the candidates are advised to apply for
School by clicking the icon “Apply School”. School list is already updated on Talent Pool
and select the correct school of your choice and Subject according to the qualification.
Note: Only the female school will be shown for female candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Two days before the DEMO/Interview notified Schedule , the list of candidate who
applied for a particular school/subject will be downloaded. The Top Five Candidates
for One Post will be called for Scrutiny of Documents and Demo Lesson. The Demo
Lesson have 20 Marks that will be given by the committee constituted under DSS
Policy comprising of School Head, PTC Chairperson , Subject Teacher and other
member as deemed necessary by the competent authority.
1. The attachment of DSS teachers from open market for DSS will purely be on
temporary basis for a period till end of academic year or till further order under
Double Shift Schools Policy Program.
2. The temporary engaged teacher for DSS shall have no claim/right what so ever for
regularization, regular attachment or recourse to any ligation. The services under the
present attachment shall not qualify the candidate for any other benefits as that of
regular Teachers.
3. Monthly stipend/ will be given as per DSS Policy.
4. The monthly stipend shall not be paid during summer, winter, spring and other
vacations notified by the government.
5. Stipend/incentive will be transferred to PTC account of the school after completion
of due process and this process may take time.
6. Timing of school will be arranged by the school head without hindrance to Morning
shift
7. Local potential and qualified candidates will be given preference.
8. Attachment can be terminated any time if performance is found unsatisfactory.9. The extension will be given as per Government Policy for DSS.
10. Teacher will assist the head of schools in student enrolment process in DSS.
11. Master Degree in Relevant subject for Higher Secondary Schools. A candidate
having Master Degree in irrelevant subject will not be considered.
1. Password recovery is only possible if a candidate has applied for female school
recently or in past. In that case the password can be recovered.
2. Recovery of those female applicant is not possible who have applied for male school
by providing wrong gender information.
Qualification information can not be deleted once it has been locked by the user
but however edit option is available.
CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT INFORMATION. THE
WRONG/INCORRECT OR MISLEADING INFORMATION ON THE PORTAL SHALL MAKE THE
APPLICANT LIABLE TO BLACKLISTING AND WILL BE DEALT AS PER RULES AND POLICIES.
