re are some such like employees in an organization, they put the dignity and integrity of the institution at stake. While on the other hand, the existing educated and well-informed and well-trained staff needs to be trained again and again. It is said:
“If your organization is doing well, double the budget of training of your teachers; and if it is not doing well quadruple the training budget immediately.”
Unfortunately, in Pakistan, many of the educational institutions are run by the non-professional people and they are a bit ignorant of the importance of training rather A Professional Training. A survey says that the training budget in educational institutions, specifically in private sector, is very much low as compared to the advanced countries of the world. Keeping in view of such issues, it has been decided to step in and to provide Training to the Staff of Educational Institutions primarily in private sector. Our work-shops are very informative, useful and helpful.
