π’ Building number recognition and counting skills through hands-on learning!
Today children counted the dots on the stick and carefully placed it onto the matching number number. This task helped develop number recognition, counting accuracy, fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination while making maths fun and engaging.

Letter hunt fun! Children found hidden pictures and matched them to the correct initial sound.
Voice-over script:
Today the children went on a letter hunt around the classroom.
They found hidden pictures and said the word carefully.
Then they listened to the first sound and matched the picture to the correct letter.
This helped them practise initial sounds, phonics, and letter recognition in a fun way.

Today the children sorted pictures into a and an.
They looked at each picture and listened to the first sound of the word.
Students used their previous learning about vowels and consonants to decide where each picture belongs helping them understand when to use a and when to use an with a word.
