We are currently looking for M.Phil./PhD students to work in the following areas:
AI in Finance:
• Financial forecasting using ML approaches.
Infectious Disease Detection:
• Develop and implement ML models to analyze high-dimensional metabolomics data.
• Perform exploratory analyses from genomic/phenotype data for trait discovery and germplasm genetic diversity assessment in response to various plant stress conditions.
• Develop and implement data visualization tools to help users better understand and interpret the data.
• Design and validate predictive algorithms for biomarker discovery.
Bio-Image Analysis
• Develop and apply state-of-the-art algorithms for image segmentation, feature extraction, and quantitative analysis.
• Combine classical image processing techniques (e.g., filter-based, morphological, and statistical methods) with machine learning approaches.
