Academic Background:
Mansoor’s academic journey began in Larkana, where he completed his primary education at Shah Muhammad Sindhi in 1994, followed by his Matriculation from Government Boys DC High School in 1999. He pursued his passion for the arts at Government Boys Degree College Larkana, completing his Intermediate in 2003 and his Graduation in 2006.
Driven by a love for language, he moved to the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, where he earned his Master of Arts in English Literature and language in 2009. To refine his pedagogical skills, he also obtained professional expertise through the British Council Karachi, focusing on advanced teaching methodologies.
Professional Experience
With over two decades of experience, Mansoor has become a cornerstone of English language and literature education in Sindh.
Institutional Teaching: His career includes prestigious roles at SZABIST Karachi (2009) and the University of Sindh, Larkana Campus, where he served as a visiting faculty member for the evening program (2016–2019). He also taught at Domino Karachi in 2006 - 2007.
The "IDEA" Legacy: Between 2011 - 2019, Mansoor served as the Director of the IDEA English Language Academy in Larkana. Under his leadership, the academy became a hub for linguistic excellence, training over 40,000 students in grammar, literature, linguistics, and competitive exam preparation.
Competitive Exams: A seasoned candidate for high-level civil service, he appeared in the CSS exams in 2012 and has passed the SPSC English Lectureship written exams four times, along with qualifying for over 40 other competitive written tests.
Digital Transition: Since 2020, he has successfully transitioned to online teaching, reaching a global audience of learners through digital platforms and British Council online resources.
Literary Works & Contributions
Mansoor is a prolific writer and a trilingual columnist, contributing regularly to major Pakistani newspapers and periodicals in English, Urdu, and Sindhi. His published articles cover a wide range of social and regional issues, including a notable column in Dawn regarding the 2005 earthquake.

As a motivational speaker and entrepreneur, he continues to inspire the youth of Pakistan to pursue academic excellence despite the challenges of the modern professional landscape.
His far- vision: every single child must get proper education. he needs the support from the government of Sindh and civil society to start a free institution where the children of orphans,poor and destitut could be enlightened with the power of science and technology.
