"هر اسڪول جي پنهنجي هڪ ڪهاڻي هوندي آهي. هي اڳ ۽ پوءِ جون تصويرون عزم، محنت ۽ بهتر تعليمي ماحول فراهم ڪرڻ جي هڪ شاندار سفر جي عڪاسي ڪن ٿيون."
جي بي اي ايل ايس رشيد وڳڻ جي تبديلي ان ڳالهه جو روشن مثال آهي ته اسڪول اسپيسفڪ بجيٽ (SSB) جو مؤثر استعمال سرڪاري اسڪولن کي نئين زندگي ڏئي سگهي ٿو ۽ ٻارن لاءِ بهترين سکيا وارو ماحول پيدا ڪري سگهي ٿو. سنڌ حڪومت جي تعليمي سڌارن واري ويزن ۽ صوبائي وزير تعليم سيد سردار علي شاهه جي متحرڪ قيادت هيٺ سرڪاري اسڪولن کي محفوظ، خوبصورت ۽ شاگرد دوست تعليمي ادارن ۾ تبديل ڪرڻ لاءِ اهم قدم کنيا پيا وڃن.
اڳ واريون تصويرون ڏيکارين ٿيون ته اسڪول جون عمارتون وقت سان گڏ زبون حال ٿي ويون هيون. ڪلاس روم، دالان، ڀتيون ۽ ڇتيون خراب حالت ۾ هيون، جنهن سبب تعليمي ماحول متاثر ٿي رهيو هو ۽ شاگردن سان گڏ استادن جو حوصلو پڻ گهٽجي رهيو هو.
هاڻ واريون تصويرون هڪ حيرت انگيز تبديليءَ جي شاهدي ڏين ٿيون. نئين رنگ روغن سان سينگاريل ڪلاس روم، صاف ۽ خوبصورت دالان، بهتر فرش، جديد رنگن جي هم آهنگي، مرمت ٿيل برآمدا، مضبوط سرحدي ڀت ۽ صاف سٿرو اسڪول جو احاطو هن اداري کي هڪ باوقار ۽ دلڪش تعليمي مرڪز ۾ تبديل ڪري ڇڏيو آهي. هي تبديليون صرف عمارت جي خوبصورتي تائين محدود ناهن، پر اهي شاگردن جي روشن مستقبل ۽ معياري تعليم ڏانهن هڪ مضبوط قدم آهن.
هي ڪامياب تبديلي شفاف منصوبابندي، اسڪول انتظاميه جي محنت، اسڪول مينيجمينٽ ڪميٽي (SMC) جي تعاون، مقامي برادري جي سهڪار ۽ سنڌ حڪومت جي مسلسل سرپرستي جو نتيجو آهي. اهو ان ڳالهه جو ثبوت آهي ته جيڪڏهن وسيلا ايمانداري ۽ ذميواري سان استعمال ڪيا وڃن ته سرڪاري اسڪول به اعليٰ معيار جا تعليمي ادارا بڻجي سگهن ٿا.
اسان محترم صوبائي وزير تعليم سيد سردار علي شاهه، سنڌ حڪومت، اسڪول ايجوڪيشن اينڊ لٽريسي ڊپارٽمينٽ، اسڪول مينيجمينٽ ڪميٽي، استادن، والدين ۽ انهن سڀني ماڻهن جا دل جي گهراين سان شڪرگذار آهيون، جن پنهنجي محنت ۽ سهڪار سان هن تبديلي کي ممڪن بڻايو.
جي بي اي ايل ايس رشيد وڳڻ اڄ صرف هڪ نئين سر مرمت ٿيل عمارت ناهي، پر اميد، ترقي، معياري تعليم ۽ روشن مستقبل جي علامت بڻجي چڪو آهي. هي تبديلي ان ڳالهه جو ثبوت آهي ته گڏيل ڪوششن سان اسان پنهنجي ايندڙ نسل کي بهترين تعليمي ماحول فراهم ڪري سگهون ٿاـ

The transformation of GBELS Rashid Waggan is a shining example of how the effective utilization of the School Specific Budget (SSB) can revive public schools and create an inspiring educational atmosphere. Under the visionary leadership of the Government of Sindh and the guidance of Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah, government schools are being transformed into safe, attractive, and student-friendly institutions through improved infrastructure and community participation. SSB and School Management Committees are intended to strengthen schools, improve facilities, and support better learning environments.
The before pictures portray classrooms and corridors that had deteriorated over time, with worn-out walls, damaged ceilings, poor appearance, and an environment that was far from ideal for quality education. Such conditions often affect both student motivation and teacher morale.
The after pictures demonstrate a remarkable change. Freshly painted classrooms and corridors, renovated walls, improved flooring, attractive color schemes, renovated verandas, boundary walls, and a cleaner campus have completely transformed the school into a welcoming and dignified place of learning. These improvements are not merely cosmetic—they reflect a renewed commitment to quality education and the well-being of every child.
This transformation stands as a testament to what can be achieved through transparent planning, dedicated school leadership, community participation, and the continued support of the Sindh Government. It also highlights the importance of investing in public education, where every improvement contributes to better attendance, stronger student engagement, and a more positive learning experience.
We express our heartfelt appreciation to Honourable Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah, the Government of Sindh, the School Education & Literacy Department, the School Management Committee, and everyone who contributed to making this transformation possible. Their commitment to strengthening government schools is creating opportunities for thousands of children to learn in a clean, safe, and inspiring environment.
GBELS Rashid Waggan is now more than just a renovated building—it is a symbol of hope, progress, and the belief that every child deserves access to quality education in a school they can be proud of.
