Punjab culture day festival was celebrated in GHSS Excellent Boys and Girls ( attached with QAED) Lalamusa and in District QAED Lalamusa also.
Following are its salient features.
1-The celebration started with recitation from Holy Quran and Naat Sharif was presented by a student. 2-The medium of communication was Punjabi language.
3-The students wore local Punjabi dresses.
4-Folk songs were presented by students.
5-Folk dance" Bhangra"was presented by young learners.
6-Traditional ornaments and crockery were also displayed by the students .
7-Punjabi dresses were displayed
8-Sufyana kalam was also presented by a student.
9-The teaching staff encouraged the students & highlighted importance of Punjabi culture.
Overall, the Punjab cultural day was a great success. The students showed keen interest in it.

B.Ed (Hons.) students from the 2nd, 4th, and 7th semesters engaged in a kitchen gardening project aimed at promoting sustainable practices and enhancing their understanding of environmental education. Through hands-on experience, they cultivated various vegetables and herbs, learning about plant care, organic gardening techniques, and the importance of self-sufficiency. This initiative not only fostered eco-friendly habits but also aligned with their teacher training, equipping them with practical skills to integrate kitchen gardening into future classroom activities and promote healthy living among students.
