This is a well-structured and intellectually grounded research work that effectively examines the evolving dynamics of war and peace within the contemporary global order. It demonstrates strong theoretical integration, relevant literature coverage, and a clear understanding of complex issues such as multi-polarity, hybrid warfare, and peace building.
