📍 Visited GPS Lashkarial.
The cleanliness and overall environment of the school were found satisfactory, while the washroom was also found neat and clean.
During classroom checking, it was observed that the students were not able to produce the desired and effective output. Upon this, the teaching staff was guided through the delivery of an effective lesson and was briefed regarding improved teaching methodologies. The teachers were advised to adopt more effective teaching strategies according to the mental level and learning abilities of the students so that visible improvement in academic performance could be achieved.
Students’ notebooks were also checked, and the teachers were directed to ensure regular checking of notebooks, in order to improve students’ reading, writing, and conceptual understanding.
The staff was further briefed regarding proper maintenance of school record and necessary instructions were issued in this regard. Moreover, special directions were given regarding the UPE survey, and the teaching staff was instructed to conduct door-to-door visits to ensure that no out-of-school child remains unvisited and maximum enrollment may be achieved.

📍 Visited GPS Jhanda (37420234).
During the visit, the cleanliness and overall environment of the school were found satisfactory. The classrooms were properly managed, and the teaching staff was engaged in classroom teaching and learning activities.
It was also encouraging to note that the school has successfully achieved its baseline enrollment target through continuous efforts and coordination of the staff.
The students demonstrated a good command over reading and writing skills. They responded confidently during reading, speaking, and question-answer activities, which reflects the sincere efforts of the teaching staff towards improving students’ learning outcomes and academic performance.
Attendance of students was found satisfactory. The school record was also maintained properly.
However, the staff is further directed to continue their efforts with the same zeal and commitment and ensure achievement of the 50% enrollment target positively before the commencement of summer vacations. Special focus must be given to community mobilization, contact with parents, and enrollment of out-of-school children so that the target may be achieved within the stipulated timeline.
