BNU MediaFest 2025 — Grand Finale Highlights ✨

The Closing Ceremony marked a powerful finish to the first-ever BNU Media Fest.

Dean SMC Prof. Dr. Bushra H Rahman and CEO Discover Pakistan Dr. Qaiser addressed the audience with heartfelt speeches, appreciating the incredible energy of our participants, celebrating their creativity, and thanking them for making this fest truly memorable.

Winners and runner-ups from all categories were awarded shields, along with acknowledgments for our faculty leads including Chief Organiser Dr. Rabia Noor, staff team, and our official sponsor BCPR for their support.

A special announcement by Discover Pakistan added to the excitement: PKR 50,000 cash prize for every category winner.

Day 2 concluded with an inspiring Closing Ceremony graced by our Chief Guest, Dr. Qaiser, CEO of Discover Pakistan. His words of encouragement reminded students of the power of storytelling, creativity, and media in shaping narratives that matter.

We were truly honored as Dr. Qaiser presented shields to the Core Team of BNU Media Fest 2025, appreciating the hard work, passion, and commitment that went into bringing the first-ever Media Fest to life.

Day 2 at BNU Media Fest — Competitions, Creativity & Craft

From powerful Under 60 Seconds, Reel screenings to the Live Reporting Competition, Documentary screenings and Photography Competition screening in the SLASS Auditorium, and Room 125. Day 2 brought an incredible wave of energy and talent to the festival. Our esteemed judges shared thoughtful remarks, and Dr. Rabia Noor presented shields in appreciation of their contributions.

A major highlight of the day was the Filmmaking Masterclass by , held in SLASS 125. Students immersed themselves for hours, learning the craft of storytelling, direction, and production, and they absolutely loved it.

Day 2 was all about growth, passion, creativity, and the magic of media in motion.

Social Night — BNU Media Fest 2025.

Day 1 ended on the highest note possible, a night filled with music, energy, and unforgettable performances.

The stage lit up with incredible talent: vibrant acts by B Musical, soulful vocals by all the way from Rawalpindi, and a show-stopping finale by , one of Pakistan’s most exciting DJ artists.

It was loud, electric, and absolutely unforgettable, the kind of night that makes a BNU Media Fest truly come alive.

Day 1 was all about colour, creativity, and pure festival energy.

From students exploring stalls across campus to friends running around capturing memories, the entire university turned into a buzzing celebration of art, expression, and community.

Students and faculty came together to share poetry, sing from the heart, speak their truth, and celebrate the joy of being heard. It was raw, warm, unfiltered, and truly the soul of Media Fest.
