Step 2 (Create Complaint): Select your relevant department (Support Department for courses, assignments, certificates, or Technical Department for website/login issues).

Step 3 (Submit): Enter your issue details, attach supporting screenshots if needed, and hit submit.

Step 4 (Track): Use your unique Ticket ID to track the progress of your complaint in real time.
