Surah Al-Infitar (The Cleaving / Bursting Apart) is the 82nd chapter of the Holy Quran, located in the 30th Para (Juz Amma). It consists of 19 verses (ayat) and was revealed in Makkah. In Arabic and Noorani Qaida reading rules, Tashdeed ma'a Sukoon (تشدید مع سکون) refers to a composite condition or a slight misnomer in basic phrasing where a letter with a tashdeed (indicating the letter is doubled—first silent/saakin and then moving with a vowel) interacts with or is followed by rules of sukoon. Strictly speaking, a letter with a tashdeed already contains a sukoon component in its first half (as it merges from the previous letter), but in Qaida lessons, it trains you to read doubled letters smoothly into subsequent saakin (rest) sounds.
